Feb 15, 3 months RDC have been serving the PGPR Community (not counting Dec since we took the entire month off). 3 months might seem like a short time, but alot has changed in the cafe. We have new barista's and a new cafe outlook. Our food got better and so did the number of customers. Thank you all for your great support at RDC! We still left with 3 more months of having you wonderful customers before we break at May 15 2008 for the Summer break.
We still have many events and new items planned for you for the current semester. Right now we are still having our Couple T-shirt promo, come take a look at the cool designs. Upcoming events will be the live bands and also pool competition. We are also thinking of the idea of further decorating the cafe to make it more "happening" feel.
Come, leave any ideas and suggestion to us!

i live on campus although not in pgp however whenever i stop by at pgp, i would get a drink from red dots.
generally everything was quite ok, but i'm not happy during the waiting time.
there's this lady serving me who had the "i don't care" attitude, or maybe i'm just bias.
i understand that it takes time to make good coffee, and sometimes the art etc
but she was not serious about the job, in my mind.
she took her own sweet time adding in the ingredients, do everything as slowly, carelessly as possible, did her hair etc and i was waiting there watching all her stunts.
if she had took the trouble to ask me to wait,or assure me it's going to be ready soon etc i wouldn't had been so pissed off. she didn't.
it ruined that experience. although all in all, i have no complains about red dot. the above is just an individual case i guess.
p/s: does the ice mocha comes with choc chips? the first time i bought that, it had a generous amount of it. the rest of time, no more choc chips and it was kind of a disappointment to me. the choc chips add to the taste.

I must apologize for the "lousy" service that you have receive. Do let me know what time and what was your order, to allow me to trace back and caution the Barista. Ice Mocha, has no chocolate chip. Basically the main ingredients are chocolate, espresso and milk. However, if you are referring to the ice blended mocha, yes it used to have chocolate chips inside. But we have since change the recipe based on customers feedback. We rebrand that drink into Java Chip ice blended. (something like a mocha but with chocolate bites inside). Sorry for the confusion caused

it was last thursday around 630pm and i couldn't remember the name of that drink. it's definitely caffeine and it's a cold drink.

Thanks for the info. we are able to determine what you have ordered and the barista on duty. I apologize again for the bad moment you have the cafe. If you see me (Jen) at the cafe, remind me its Eva. Drinks ok me ok!
